𓇣 roots/ρίζες 𓇣

i was born near the sarasota stargate of indigenous seminole land, in current day florida, of greek parents whose parents immigrated from various parts of greece and called egypt home along the way.

I have had intuitive gifts since childhood, as we are naturally inclined to. after recalling particularly poignant and useful past life memories, going through an enormously difficult journey of maturing into adulthood, I have found incredible mentors, teachers, animal guides, spirit guides and ancestors along the way who’ve helped me refine my natural gifts and taught me so much about being in service to others with integrity, safety and coherence.

I’ve journeyed to the ancient land of Egypt annually since 2021 where many of my gifts were re-membered and sharply refined, along with moving to my ancestral home in the mediterranean and resurrecting dormant ancestral gifts of my lineage. among them are a sense of direct cognition, a sense of premonition, natural healing abilities, past life experience as a birth and death doula, messenger between realms and mediator. I have received teachings and directions in the dream world that bridge the practical with the cosmic. I work closely with particular bird spirits who support in my healing sessions. I’ve been working with them since 2019 and not spoken of this online, as it’s a very sacred and protected tradition I don’t know anyone else to carry in this way.

I have 8 years of experience holding sacred space in online sessions and courses, hosting extended retreats, women’s circles, group workshops, being assistant to large groups undergoing profound transformation in egypt. my official training includes:

—400 hours of ‘yoga teacher training’ + trauma informed approach, beginning in 2016

—1 year training & apprenticeship with a prominent western astrologer + the experience of giving over 300 professional astrology readings since 2018

—mentorship with multiple amazing wisdom keepers since 2019 who’ve taught me a variety of techniques & traditions- exposing me to psychic surgery and authentic native american ceremonies

—a 3 year training and ordination steeped in: death doula training, exorcism, marriage counseling & officiation, working with elements, guides & guardians, temple mysteries of egypt, ancient healing modalities, cord cutting, protection & purification, ceremonial leadership, dream training, baby blessing, consecrating homes, oracular training, qigong fundamentals & more.

I believe that as long as we’re on earth, the training never ends, and neither does the fun. we are both the teacher and the student, and life is the ultimate mystery school. I am honored to continue learning and growing with this gorgeous cohort of souls.

  • Absolutely not. We gather re-member as a community, sharing our unique codes and personal learnings along the way. There is no spiritual hierarchy here. We are all the teachers and all the students.

  • Yes, you can choose to offer the tuition in full, in 12 monthly installments, or with the buy-now-pay-later option. All options are available at checkout. (You’ll receive the checkout link once your application is approved)

  • along with community witnessing & support, 1:1 connection is available seasonally for check-ins, and when needed. in depth personal mentorship is available separately.

  • The initiation gathering is optional, and only for those who've completed the 1 year program with presence & devotion. the gathering price will be similar to the training - as affordable as possible with upgrades available.

  • ABSOLUTELY. this training is not exclusive to women

  • Partial scholarships are available to those in need, on a first come, first served basis. please indicate in your application if you’re requesting one. paulina wants this training accessible to everyone who feels the calling to it, while also knowing the importance of commitment and investment.

This song began being sung as a prayerful invitation to the women who were to join us in crete during the autumn 2023 gathering. they came, and in spring of 2024, many of them returned for the 2nd and 3rd time. during our time together in nature, the prayer song grew as voices were layered & harmonies laid.

It’s with absolute amazement that i share the ‘theme song’ of the mana yi academy, which is simply the temple space we gather to venerate the teachings of love & life - both virtually & in our retreat gatherings.
